Overview
This GA4 Integrity Audit tool is provided as a free service. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
When you use this service:
- Google Analytics Data: We access your GA4 property data through Google's API to perform the audit. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently on our servers.
- OAuth Credentials: We temporarily store OAuth tokens in your session to maintain your authenticated connection. These are deleted when you close your browser or after 1 hour.
- Generated Reports: PDF reports are temporarily stored on our server for download. These files are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
- Email Addresses: If you choose to receive your audit report via email, we collect your email address. We do not use this for marketing unless you explicitly opt-in to our newsletter.
- Benchmarking Statistics: We collect anonymized audit statistics (property ID, audit scores, business metrics like sessions and revenue, traffic source data) and store them in Google Sheets for benchmarking purposes. This data is used solely to improve our service and provide industry benchmarks.
- Cached Audit Data: To improve performance, audit results are cached for 24 hours. Cached data is automatically deleted daily.

Data Storage
- No raw GA4 data storage: Your raw GA4 data is not stored in any database
- Session-based authentication: OAuth credentials are kept only in temporary session storage (expires after 1 hour or browser close)
- PDF reports: Stored temporarily on our server for download, automatically deleted after 24 hours
- Cached audit results: Stored locally for 24 hours to improve performance and reduce API calls
- Benchmarking data: Anonymized audit statistics (property ID, scores, business metrics, traffic sources) are stored in Google Sheets indefinitely for benchmarking and service improvement
- Email addresses: Stored only if you opt-in to our newsletter; not shared with third parties
